Universal signal input: compatible with PT100/Cu50 thermal resistors, multiple thermocouples, 4–20mA, 1–5V and other standard analog signals, parameter switching via keys.

Multiple relay control outputs: up to 4 groups of relays, freely set upper/lower limits and hysteresis, realizing interlock control of valves and pumps.

Isolated 4–20mA/1–5V retransmission output, high conversion precision, long-distance signal transmission matched with PLC/DCS.

Optional isolated RS485 Modbus-RTU communication, remote parameter modification and centralized networking monitoring.

Notes

Confirm the input signal type, relay channel quantity, retransmission signal and communication function before ordering to avoid model mismatch.

Wiring must strictly separate strong current relay terminals, power terminals and weak current signal terminals to prevent signal interference.

The instrument is horizontally panel-mounted; keep the panel front IP65 sealing gasket intact during installation to avoid dust and water ingress.

For thermocouple wiring, use special compensation wires and complete cold junction compensation setting to ensure measurement precision.

Do not install the device in environments with strong corrosive gas, explosive gas or long-term condensation.

The load resistance of 4–20mA retransmission output cannot exceed the maximum allowable load value specified in parameters.

Disconnect the power supply before modifying internal parameters or rewiring terminals to prevent short circuit and equipment damage.

Ambient working temperature shall not exceed the rated range; high temperature will cause measurement drift and shorten service life.
