2-wire loop-powered design, 24VDC system supply: Central control room provides 24VDC to the display unit; the controller outputs isolated 24VDC power to matched radar/level transmitters, power & 4–20mA signal share one cable, simple field wiring.

Full galvanic isolation circuit: Built-in isolation module between input power, field signal and output communication, effectively isolate surge interference & ground loop noise, protect back-end DCS/PLC system.

Dual signal processing: Collect standard 4–20mA analog signal from level/pressure/temp transmitters, realize local on-site display + remote RS485 digital transmission to control cabinet synchronously.

Main Functions

On-site Local Display Function Receives 4–20mA signal from 2-wire level/pressure transmitters, converts signal into actual engineering value for real-time local LCD reading at tank side.

Loop Power Supply for Field Transmitter 24V two-wire loop powered design; supplies isolated DC power to connected site transmitters via same signal cable, reduces field wiring workload.

Signal Isolation & Anti-interference Processing Built-in galvanic isolation to block ground loop disturbance and surge noise, stabilizes input signal and protects rear DCS/PLC control system.

Remote Digital Data Transmission (Optional) Converts measured analog data into Modbus-RTU via RS485, uploads real-time data to central control room remotely.

User Programmable Calibration & Parameter Setup On-panel keys for custom full range, engineering unit (m, %, m³ etc.), decimal point and tank volume linearization configuration without extra calibrator.

High/Low Limit Alarm Output (Optional) On-site sound & light alert when measured value exceeds preset upper/lower threshold for tank overfill or empty warning.

Safe Measurement in Hazardous Areas Intrinsically safe + dust explosion-proof structure, enables reliable measurement in flammable gas and combustible dust hazardous tank & silo locations.
