✅ Tuning Fork Level Switch (Standard Fork, PTFE-lined Fork, Hirschmann Connector Version) Piezoelectric elements drive the tuning fork to vibrate at its inherent resonant frequency. Once the fork touches the measured material, vibration frequency shifts. The sensor detects this change and outputs a switch signal to realize high/low level alarm and pump interlock protection for liquids or bulk solids.

• Standard fork: Suited for common media including clean water, oil and general solvents. Quick installation, no need for on-site calibration.
• PTFE anti-corrosion fork: PTFE coating on the probe, designed for strong acid and alkali media with outstanding corrosion resistance.
• Tuning fork with Hirschmann connector: Compact structure and simple wiring, ideal for limit measurement in narrow pipelines and small vessels.

✅ Rotary Paddle Level Switch A proven mechanical point-level detection device. The built-in motor keeps the paddle rotating continuously. When bulk material blocks blade rotation, a switch signal is triggered. It works well for powder and granular solids such as fly ash, grain, plastic pellets and mineral powder. Featuring high temperature tolerance and long-term dependability, it is a mature choice for silo high and low level monitoring.

✅ Radar Level Transmitter Non-contact continuous level measuring device. It emits microwave pulses that reflect off the medium surface. The instrument calculates signal flight time to determine level height.

Capable of measuring both liquids and solid powders, its performance stays unaffected by medium temperature, pressure, steam or airborne dust. It is widely used on large storage tanks, reaction kettles, raw coal silos and wastewater pools for uninterrupted real-time monitoring. The standard 4-20mA output enables connection to DCS platforms for remote data viewing.

✅ Ultrasonic Flowmeter (Clamp-on / Wafer Type) This meter calculates liquid flow rate in pipes using the ultrasonic transit-time principle. No pipe cutting or drilling required; installation can be completed without process shutdown, bringing zero pressure loss. It measures clean water, wastewater, oil and other liquid media, commonly adopted in water supply & drainage, circulating water and chemical pipeline flow measurement projects. Full set of certificates available, with straightforward on-site commissioning.

✅ Tank Side Level Indicator Local on-site display unit for storage tanks. It directly shows tank liquid level readings without power supply. Even when the central control system loses power, field operators can read tank levels on the spot. Acting as redundant backup for remote transmitters, it safeguards tank safety and is an essential accessory for petroleum and chemical storage facilities.

✅ Tuning Fork Density Meter Online liquid density and concentration sensor built on tuning fork vibration theory. Variations in medium density modify the fork’s resonant frequency, and the system converts frequency changes into density readings. It continuously monitors acid & alkali solutions, slurry, brine and other fluids online, supporting concentration blending and process purification. Both inline and insertion mounting options are available, eliminating the need for manual sampling and lab testing.
