Q What products do you mainly sell? Do you support customization?

We mainly sell liquid level instruments (float, radar, submersible, etc.), liquid level switches (float, electrode, ultrasonic, etc.), and pressure instruments (pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, pressure switches, etc.); we support full-scenario customization and can provide exclusive solutions according to your working conditions, medium, accuracy, protection level and other needs.

Q What is the specific purchasing process? How long will it take to complete?

Standard purchasing process: Consultation and communication (clarify needs) → Quotation and model selection (1-2 working days) → Sign contract (confirm terms) → Pay advance payment → Production/customization (7-15 working days for regular products, 15-30 working days for customized products) → Quality inspection and delivery → Acceptance and payment → After-sales follow-up; there is a dedicated person to follow up the whole process to ensure the process is efficient and transparent.

Q Is the product quality guaranteed? What tests will be done before delivery?

Product quality is absolutely guaranteed! We implement a three-level full-link quality inspection including incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection. Core components are 100% fully inspected, and finished products are delivered with a 100% pass rate; each product undergoes strict tests such as precision calibration, sealing test and stability test, with an attached inspection report, to ensure it meets industry standards and purchasing needs.

Q What is the product warranty period? How to handle problems during the warranty period?

All products provide a unified 12-month warranty period (from the date of delivery); during the warranty period, for failures caused by the product's own quality problems (excluding man-made damage and improper use), you can enjoy free maintenance and replacement services for faulty parts; after-sales first provides remote debugging, and if remote resolution is not possible, technical personnel will be arranged for on-site handling until the problem is solved.

Q What parameters are needed for customized products? What is the approximate customization cycle?

Core parameters required for customization: working environment (temperature, pressure, humidity), measuring medium (liquid/gas, corrosiveness, etc.), measuring range, accuracy requirements, protection level, installation method and interface standards; the cycle for regular customized products is 15-30 working days, and the cycle for complex customization can be shortened through negotiation, with progress updated throughout the whole process.

Q What payment methods are available? Do you support installment payment?

Regular payment methods: 30%-50% advance payment after signing the contract, and the balance paid before delivery; for large orders, long-term cooperative customers or customized products, installment payment (advance payment + progress payment + balance) can be negotiated. Specific terms can be clarified in the contract to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

Q What logistics do you use for product delivery? How long will it take to arrive?

Logistics is selected according to the order quantity and destination: small items are shipped by courier (SF Express, ZTO Express, etc.), and large items are shipped by logistics (Aneng Logistics, Deppon Logistics, etc.); domestic orders (excluding remote areas) arrive in 3-7 working days, and remote areas arrive in 5-10 working days; for export orders, we can assist in customs declaration, sea/air transportation, and the time limit is negotiated according to the destination.

Q What should I do if the product does not meet the needs or is damaged after receipt?

Please check and accept the product in a timely manner after receipt (within 7 working days); if the product is damaged during transportation, contact us with photos of the logistics damage, and we will provide free replacement or maintenance; if there is a model selection error (for non-customized products), under the premise that the product is unused and the packaging is intact, return or exchange can be negotiated (freight is negotiated according to the actual situation); for customized products, the plan needs to be confirmed in advance, and no return or exchange is allowed for non-quality problems.

Q What after-sales technical support is available? Can on-site services be provided?

After-sales support includes: 24/7 online consultation, remote debugging, fault diagnosis and operation training; for complex problems that cannot be solved remotely, technical personnel can be arranged for on-site installation, debugging and maintenance. On-site services are negotiated according to customer needs and distance to ensure normal use by customers.

Q Do you provide samples? What are the sample cost and cycle?

We support providing regular standard samples (such as ordinary float level gauges, pressure gauges). The sample cost depends on the product model, and the sample cost can be deducted after bulk purchase; the sample cycle is 3-7 working days, and the cycle for customized samples is determined according to parameters. Logistics tracking information is provided after the sample is shipped.

Q What are the advantages of long-term cooperation? Is there a discount for bulk purchase?

Long-term cooperative customers can enjoy: dedicated customer manager follow-up, priority production scheduling, preferential customized services, tiered discounts for bulk purchases, extended warranty period (up to 18 months), and stable spare parts supply; discounts for bulk purchases are negotiated according to the purchase quantity and product type, and the price can be locked by signing a long-term cooperation agreement.

Q Do the products meet industry standards? Can relevant qualification certificates be provided?

All products meet national industrial instrument industry standards, and some products can provide relevant qualification certificates such as explosion-proof, anti-corrosion and metrological certification; you can specify your needs in advance when purchasing, and we will provide corresponding qualification documents synchronously to ensure the products meet your project acceptance requirements.
