Main Functions
NY3051 series intelligent differential pressure/pressure transmitter has a variable capacitance sensing component, called "8" chamber (see the figure below), and the process pressure is transmitted to the "8" chamber through the isolation diaphragm on both sides of the "8" chamber and the filling liquid. The central diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element, which produces a corresponding deformation displacement for the pressure difference on both sides acting on it, and this displacement is transformed into a differential capacitor formed on the capacitor plate. The differential capacitance is converted into a standard output signal by the electronic circuit.

Medium containing impurities and particles is recommended to install filter to prevent sensor blockage.
Do not disassemble the internal structure privately, which will affect accuracy and warranty validity.
Regular calibration and maintenance are recommended to ensure long-term measurement stability.
Avoid impact and falling during transportation and installation to prevent damage to the precision sensor.
